Additional amenities include private parking, outdoor grill, iron, bed linen and towels. A washing machine and cleaning products are available within the facility.
The facility is equipped with air conditioning, which are available at an additional cost.
Upon arrival, guests are offered a fruit alcoholic or non-alcoholic welcome drink, home-made by the owners.

When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% through a bank transaction, while the remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival upon check-in or, if so determined by the host, via bank transfer before the guest's arrival in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the reservation is paid.
Fully furnished apartments are ready and available after reservation from 4 PM on the day of arrival. We ask our valued guests to leave by 10 AM on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax and air condition is included in the price.
